First ten-year program of action (TYPOA) terminated at 2015 and second ten program has been approved for 2016 to 2025. This article aims to present the effect of these two TYPOA of OIC on international and regional peace and security. It concluded that these programs are considered as steps of OIC towards UN purposes and principles and also it can be added as a kind of peace building process in the OIC member states. From the view point of negative peace, OIC not only was not successful to settle regional conflicts, but it prepared the intervention of great powers in the region.
