Among these, the reconciliation of religions and hijab and the connection between hijab and religion is of particular importance. Philosophical foundations of hijab in the thought of philosophers such as Du Bois and Fanon have a different and theoretically more constructive approach to this category. Here, the hijab, as a symbol and material culture, is considered as a source for social theorizing that lays the foundation for the rights related to the hijab in a society. In this article, an attempt was made to compare and analyze the foundations of the philosophical concept of hijab in the survey of the West and Islam with a descriptive-analytical method, and to discuss the upcoming challenges from a philosophical and legal point of view. زمینه فلسفی حجاب و بازتاب آن در قالب یک نظریه اجتماعی و حقوقی، طیف وسیعی از تجربیات انسانی را به دنبال دارد. در این میان، تطبیق موضوع ادیان و حجاب و ارتباط حجاب با دین، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. مبانی فلسفی حجاب در اندیشه فیلسوفانی چون «دو بوآ و فانون»، رویکردی متفاوت و ازلحاظ نظری، سازنده‌تر نسبت به این مقوله دارد. در این قرائت، حجاب به‌مثابه نماد و فرهنگ مادی، به‌عنوان منبعی برای نظریه‌پردازی اجتماعی تلقی می‌شود که زمینه‌ساز حقوق مربوط به حجاب در یک جامعه است. در نوشتار حاضر سعی بر آن شده است تا مبانی مفهوم فلسفی حجاب در سیر تحول غرب با اسلام، با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی مورد قیاس و بررسی قرار گیرد و چالش‌های در پیشِ‌رو در این خصوص، از دیدگاه فلسفی و حقوقی بحث گردد.<br />  https://csiw.qom.ac.ir/article_2936_816ba2727d513b23899c62ca9b3308d7.pdf
