Otherwise, we sill face with opponents and proponents who seriously attempt to provide arguments in confirming or rejecting one’s entitlement on running his own affairs. Aside from clarifying thinkers’ opinions and verdicts and contemplation in the way of their philosophical arguments and the logical correctness of their phrases, present paper attempts to explore the foundation of one’s entitlement on guiding his/her own life, dreams and future by the aim of acquiring the maximum achievements from religious, legal and cognitive basics through data analysis and description comparatively in three areas: desired Islamic governance paradigm, Islamic Republic of Iran Constitution and individualism approach. پرداختن به چرایی و درک زمینه های فکری استحقاق فرد بر تعیین سرنوشت خویش در رویارویی با قدرت دولت، بیش از هر تحقیق و تحلیلی دیگر، مستلزم آن است که به شیوة استدلالی، بی طرفانه و همراه با بیان توجیهاتی چند ترجیحات اراده فرد بر قدرت عمومی، ارزیابی و بازکاوی شود. در غیر اینصورت، به مدافعان و مخالفانی برخواهیم خورد که هر یک مصرانه می‌کوشند ادله و براهینی را در تایید یا رد استحقاق فرد در اداره امور متعلق به خویش، اقامه نمایند. نوشتار پیش رو، فارغ از تبیین آرا و اقوال متفکران و غور در نحوة توجیهات فلسفی و صدق منطقی گزاره‌های، بر آن است صرفا با تکیه بر تحلیل و توصیف داده ها و به شیوة تطبیقی، در سه ساحتِ: حکمرانی اسلامی مطلوب، قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و رویکرد فردگرا، بنیان استحقاق فرد بر هدایت زندگی و آمال و آینده خویش را، با هدف بیشترین میزان بهره مندی فرد از مبانی دینی، قانونی و معرفتی، واکاوی نماید.
