Aims

The journal of Comparative Studies on Islamic and Western Law (CSIWL) is an open-access peer-reviewed quarterly journal in Persian (with English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the fields of Islam and law, law, Islamic criminal law, Islamic human rights, Islamic international law, Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic law, jurisprudence, comparative studies of Islamic and western law, Iranian and western law, published by the University of Qom and is scientifically sponsored by the Iranian Association of Administrative Law (IAAL).

    The journal of Comparative Studies on Islamic and Western Law (CSIWL) is committed to publishing cutting-edge, innovative, original, and timely research on Western law and their application to the principles and rules of Shariah, especially Imamiah jurisprudence, done by experts from higher academic and seminary levels and to coordinate and localize Western legal institutions based on religious principles.
