Abstract

Will any of you love to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it. Be wary of Allah; indeed Allah is all-clement, all-merciful.)have considered, as a result, it can be claimed that "preservation of privacy" is the common point of religion and human thought at this point. In this research paper, with a descriptive, analytical and prospective approach, with a documentary and library method, we are looking for a suitable answer to the question that with the possibility of widespread government espionage in the future of smart cities, under the pretext of preventing crimes against public security, in opposition to the current principles Accepted by humanity and religion, how can this issue be discussed and investigated? It is assumed that governments will do this under the pretext of preserving survival and preventing crime and fighting it practically, rationally and tolerantly; which will lead to widespread spying on citizens, eventually leading to the formation of "modern dictatorships of political rights". This is in complete conflict with Islamic law and despite the absolute claims, it seems to be in relative conflict with the ideas of liberalism (due to the intelligent avoidance of security).
