Abstract
hijab is of religious order and many of ayahs and revayah argue to it . the main qusestion is :what is base and its necessary of hijab in view of religious and legal approach? and what is its sanction.in the article with analytical and descriptive approach we conclude that hts base is humanity developement and it has legal and criminal sanctions.the main purpose of islamic religion hs thst the humanity reach to allah and the society must be cleand of any depravation . development of mishijab tend to corruption of society .islam has full pay attention to cleaning of person and socity to gether , and challnge with any types of corruption .hijab controls emotio behaviour and willing of individuals, ,ht delet many of sins in community, so many of statutes law and penalty law contain rules on the subject. it not only men but includes women meanwhile and all member of community.
