Abstract

Legal norms lead to the emergence of a coherent legal system when their value and validity are the result of an ultimate and superior legal rule. The main purpose of this study is to explain and explain the legal rules at various levels of the hierarchy of the Islamic Republic of Iran's legal norms and comparative comparison of this legal system with the legal pyramid in the Hans Kelsen drawing theory. This article, which is done by comparative comparison, will determine that issues and facts such as "the possibility of identifying legal norms superior to the constitution according to the type and nature of the Iranian political system", "predicting the same rules And with the constitution, "and" the unpleasant phenomenon of regulatory tours in the legal system of the country "has led to the emergence of a rare form of geometric composition (hyperglycry cool) giant from legal order in Iran.
