The ability to resist the inducements and attractions of crime has been introduced by the term “self-control” as a factor in changing the rate of crime in general crime theory. The Islamic version of the mentioned idea has been mentioned with expressions such as piety, meditation and virtue in the Mahajjatol-Bayda (bright way) book. Despite this similarity, self-control in Feyz Kashani's version, which is based on the belief in the existence of a constant and ubiquitous guardian, is superior to the Hirschi mechanism, which focuses on the socialization of members of society and is also more spatial and has more time interval. The divergence of these two perspectives, does not end here, and the results of this study, which has been done by analytical-descriptive method using library resources, indicate that Feyz Kashani's view, in addition to generalizing the effect of self-control to criminal fantasies and the offender’s pantheism crimes and the victim and not believing in the fact that self-control is learned at a certain age, provides a more comprehensive and complete version of self-control by providing a number of other socially acceptable solutions, such as blood ties and the skillful and masterful instructions which enables an individual to have control over his internal stimuli.
