A comparative study of the status of organs' damages in Iranian and British law
Today, in many countries, special plans have been organized and approved to identify bodily injuries and compensation for bodily injuries, and in line with criminal policies, deterrence goals are considered along with compensation. A descriptive study of the issue in the criminal law system of Iran and the United Kingdom, what are the differences in the cognitive concept of the cases of organ and compensation for bodily injury in the law of both countries. Diyat, Arsh, and government are established and evaluated and calculated in the English legal system using the methods of the tariff system and the system of paying attention to the function of members, happiness and lost lives of individuals, and by valuing human life and evaluating quality. People's years of life calculate bodily harm, and both legal systems strive to be able to calculate and compensate for bodily harm in a realistic way.
