The inter-governmental OIC, established within the framework of Chapter VIII of the UN Charter to support the struggle of Palestinian people, to empower them to attain their inalienable rights, and to ensure global and regional peace, requires all member states to ensure adherence to its principles. While the Zionist apartheid regime has been trying for many years to draw its borders by quietly planning to annex the occupied territories and does not adhere to the minimum rights of international law for the Palestinian people, some Arab States signed peace agreements to normalize their relations with Israel. The present study draws upon a descriptive and analytical approach that tries to study the international legal aspects of the normalization of some Arab State relations with the Zionist Regime, including the disregard of international law and regional requirements by Israel regime as well as the need to support the Palestinian people by other OIC member states, in terms of the provisions of the Organization. This study aimed to consider the international law dimensions of normalization of some Arab States relations, and among other things, the Zionist regime's disregard of international law regulations and regional requirements and the need to support the Palestinian people by other member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and within the scope of the goals and requirements of this Organization. In this regard, the requirements of the organization to play a more effective role in maintaining regional peace and stability were also explained.
